Zonal Sales Manager - Medical/Healthcare/Pharma (IOL Division) - South India
- Develop & execute sales strategy for assigned team members and regions to deliver results for IOL.
- Leadership to related team: Guide team members to complete their assigned work
- Closely monitors daily activities of sales responsibilities and assigned managers.
- Ensure on time execution of pre-defined tasks.
- Drive & help team members to achieve their sales objectives in the region for IOL.
- Work closely with Corporate Marketing to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built in the region
- Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Identify and attend conferences and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace, to find potential new business, and to promote company's end-to-end solutions.
- Strategy Planning/ Market Development for IOL
- Prepare action / strategy plans and schedules to meet the company target.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- New product opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activities to sales head & marketing head.
- Sales budget and expense budget planning for annual, quarter, and monthly.
