Position - Zonal Sales Manager-South (GT)
Location - Chennai
Reporting - VP Sales
- Looking for Zonal sale manager-South for one of the Reputed FMCG Organization
- Sales professional from FMCG industry and should have 10-15 years in Sales & Distribution.
- All the branch heads for Trade Sales will report to this role.
Key Responsibilities -
- The ZSM Shall be Responsible for driving indirect sales through managing a portfolio of Channel Partners.
- Ensuring right forecasting, volume/Value build up for the monthly numbers and clarity on Trade/marketing inputs
- Communicating and aligning the plans with the Sales Team
- Identifying issues and the opportunities at Brand/Category level looking at internal and external trends.
- Closely monitoring Distributor infrastructure and its effectiveness
- Proactively building infrastructure blue print in line with sales growths and coverage objectives.
- Continuous focus on increasing availability of our Products
- Regular Sales performance review and feedback

Education: - Post Graduate Diploma / MBA from Premier B School in Sales & Marketing.
