- The incumbent will be accountable for GT sales strategy and revenue growth of the company, Complete ownership of P&L in the organization with a razor-sharp focus on increasing distribution and market share.
- You will head and coach the General trade Sales Team to form an efficient and effective team that is perfectly cooperating with all internal and external partners.
- Ensure Distributor level route to market implementation and setting objective for distributors in Route to market
- Experience in channel sales, business development, sales development, Traditional trade.
- Lead the team in creating the business growth map for the region, focusing on critical levers such as Planning, Distribution, Execution and Quality.
- Lead the Sales Team and establish distribution and merchandising activities in line with Business Plan
- MBA with 10-15 yrs of experience with exposure and understanding in managing FMCG distributor
- Must have experience of the strategic planning, business plan delivery and full P&L in current / previous positions
- Strong leadership skills which includes people management skills to drive a large sales system
