Expectations of the company
The candidate will be handling most crucial markets of the company (MH, AP, KAR). Product and the markets both are not new; the company has been active in these states for past 10 - 15 years).
The company is looking at 10 fold increase in sales (20% Market share of coconut oil). It is now very much equipped with the capacity and capital to achieve this goal in the medium term. Company is backed by a PE fund and has a clear vision on way forward. We need a key driver to implement our business plan. Company directors are very much involved in the business and will give full support in terms ATL and BTL.
Our focus will be on rural markets, that is where we have a base and scope to grow.
Apart from Pure Coconut oil they have many more niche products related to coconut. Company has specific plans for all these products which would be an additional responsibility.
The candidate should have very good understanding of FMCG sales of rural markets of Maharashtra, Karantaka and Andhra.
Should have a good grasp at numbers and driving the sales team towards achieving given target.
