Zonal Sales Manager - Food Products (10-15 yrs)

The Zonal Manager position is a highly responsible portfolio to primarily oversee the Business Development of the assigned markets with following actions:

- Scan, Analyze and rework the distribution channels of the existing team and ensure to bring new and vibrant Distribution partners across the territories.

- Completely revamp Go to Market strategies for strengthening the General Trade operations.

- Evaluate the existing sales team by earlier performances and bring in new blood for enhanced retail coverage and engrossing market penetrations.

- Ensure proper distribution of product categories and strictly adhere to make available the desired range in every counter to support marketing spend to be effectively en cashed.

- Train and motivate distributor salesmen for higher coverage of retail outlets and ensure picking orders in every call.

- Research and suggest the desired trade marketing activities required in the region for the HO Marketing to allocate and implement Trade schemes.

- Effectively monitor competitors activities and suggest counter campaigns to HO for higher visibility and market penetrations.

- Strictly maintain and submit periodical sales reports both to HO and ensure receiving from down the line team for a proper market inputs and development methods.

- Ensure the team achieves the desired targets and motivate the distribution partners for Primary and Secondary sales.

- This position will oversee Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh And Chatisgarh territories ably supported by ASM's and SO's down the line and report to Regional Manager based in Mumbai.

- Only Those Who Have Prove Sales Experience In Food Products, Biscuits, Confectionery and having minimum of Ten years experience and at least three years of Managerial stint would only be considered.


- Also should have thorough knowledge of three states as desired above and should have handled minimum of Fifty Crores sales turnover in the present or earlier stints.
