Qualification - Full time MBA or equivalent from reputed institute. Candidates from FMCG industry may only apply with experience of west region.
Ideal candidate should have handled POS driven sales. Experience of handling Sales in General Trade channel is a must. Exposure to Marketing and strategy making would be added advantage.
Deliverables
1. Define GTM strategies and create SLAs for all processes to ensure geographies teams are able to implement with ease.
2. Coordinate training of geography team on the product.
3. Coordinate the roll-out of the geography plan as per timelines and resolve any issues in the process.
4. Drive specific initiatives on-ground based on the needs / plan of the specific segment.
5. In case of new product additions / launches, drive the adoption of the same in the geographies.
KPI
1. The number of merchants on-boarded into the program vs target.
2. Implementation of specific programs as per timeline & scale.
