Zonal Sales Manager - FMCG - West (12-23 yrs)
Position - Zonal Sales Manager(West)
Location - Mumbai
Reporting to - National Sales Head
Need stable candidate with good FMCG company
Job Responsibility :
- To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the entire West regions
- Provide strategic direction to the ASMs thereby driving growth for respective channels.
- Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans
- Ensure effective New product introductions through effective RTM
- Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources
- Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy
- Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness in the areas of Customer Management / Meeting Effectiveness and Field Implementation.
- Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stockist and field force attrition.
- Monitor competitor activity - anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts
- Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication and control mechanisms.
