- Responsible for Complete Sales, Operations, Logistics & Team Management and handling a business value of 60 + Cr ( approx).

- Coordinating & Managing Existing Distributors & New Distributors in pipeline.

- Managing width & Depth of Distribution, Product wise / SKU wise.

- Responsible for complete Market development and dealer space penetration.

- Managing Distributors & Timely Receivables.

- Large Team Management, training and development.

- Managing End To End process of U.P, & Bihar State

- MBA - Full time

- Should have a strong working exp in - UP / BIHAR STATES

- ABLE TO MANAGE A LARGE TEAM OF 20 + MEMBERS
