Zonal Sales Manager - FMCG (6-12 yrs)
ZSM - FMCG - Kochi - 6+ years
Looking for the candidate having MBA degree from reputed institute with enlarged experience of 6+ years into core sales and distribution experience in FMCG Industry. The role will require you to work across B2B channel in all tier 2/3 cities, town and small towns in India with mainly focus on serving kirana and other general stores with general Merchandize and FMCG products.

Responsibility
- Driving and building a team of competent sales manager in all warehouse locations.
- Training, administrating and developing and motivating the team.
- Driving and reviewing the team performance and drive career developments.
- Deploying the targets as well as incentive plans for sales team with coexistence of regional head.
- Formulating the state strategy in line with state head.
- Formulating the annual operation plan for revenue and cost to deliver the target.
- Drawing up the market and quarterly and monthly targets and reviving the same.
- Craving the new market with the help of sharp insight of market and customer insights.
Requirements
- MBA from reputed institute with 6+ years of experience into core sales and distribution experience into FMCG Industry.
- Proficient with team handling.
