Zonal Sales Manager - Flooring Waterprooofing/Adhesives/Coating Division (15-21 yrs)
Candidate should have prior experience in handling Flooring adhesives, flooring coatings and floor waterproofing.
1) Sales and Margin Management :
- Ensure order pipeline management in each region for the zone and define priority projects for the regions to work on.
- Ensure achievement of sales objective at zonal level (value, product, region wise, new/focus product)
- Design and drive the sales strategies in respective zone
- Implement remedial action plans for under- performing segments/ regions
2) Key Account Management :
- Ensure engagement with A category customers to achieve larger share of business
- Implement strategy to manage business with B & C category customers.
3) Applicator Management or Technical assistance :
- Ensure the right set of partner applicators are on board
- Engage with them to ensure that they have a growth road map
- Handle Site execution related Technical matters
- Project followup with Project team
4) Working Capital and Commercial Hygiene
a. Receivable Management :
- Ensure receivables of the customers and applicators are managed as per division's criteria.
- Plan interventions with large customers where receivables are slow / not expected.
b. Ensure proper implementation of commercial policies.
5) People Management :
- Ensure timely recruitment and retention of right quality people.
- Give and ensure clarity on roles & responsibilities to all field employees.
- Continuously audit the work done by all field employees; assess and give guidance to improve working.
6) Governance :
- Monthly review with Sales and Marketing team
- Ensure business reviews are conducted in the zone as per the laid down process.
