Zonal Sales Manager - Education (10-12 yrs)
Required ONLY Female Candidates
Job Responsibilities
- Management of strategic accounts in the zone. Relationship building with key stakeholders from enterprise and group schools.
- Interaction and relationship management with School Principals, Management and Teachers to create and service the demand for company's offerings.
- Accountable for client retention, meeting assigned sales goals and delivering on related tasks from the strategic sales plan.
- Monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping a close check on monthly revenue achievements.
- Frequent client visits and extensive travel to key cities in the designated zone.
- Cultivation of prospective client database.
- Team management and development to build & enhance capability. Responsible for providing product trainings & refreshers to the Regional Managers and ensure implementation.
Desired Profile:
- 10-12 years of experience into sales. Must have spent 5-8 years in frontline B2B sales. Managerial experience of 5-7 years at various levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Must have managed remote teams
- Strong data analysis, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred
- Exposure in education industry is good to have
