Job Description - As ZSM for the company the person will be responsible for building and maintaining the distributor network in the region and also substantiating the market share across categories and portfolio through new strategic initiatives.

Description

The person will be responsible for :

- Building and improving upon the current Distributor and retailer network in close coordination with sales team

- Working strategically towards improving market share through competitor analysis and new product launches

- Functioning hand in hand with top management in streamlining different verticals

- Working towards targeted multifold improvement in revenue

Profile

The candidate will have:

- Prior experience in AUTOPARTS aftermarket and allied sector

- 6-12 years of total experience having handled team and distributor network

- Good communication skills with demonstrated performance background
