Zonal Sales Manager - Durables Role: Zonal Manager West Location: Mumbai Reporting to National Head Role responsibilities : - Responsible for achieving P&L targets of the region. - Create and execute channel expansion programs basis market potential. - Use market insights and past data to forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets. - Strategy and execution of developing new distributors/dealers. - Monitor competitor's activities, including sales and market activations. - Establish systems, processes, and review mechanisms to support channel growth. - Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivate members to meet or exceed sales targets. - Hire and groom team members to build a robust internal talent pipeline to meet future business growth aspirations. Must-Have: - Age between 35 years to 47 years. - Should have work experience in the western region. - Should have experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Management, Distributor Management, and General Trade. - Experience in working with Consumer Durable, FMCG, Paints, Luggage and Tyre industry. - Should have experience in handling a large team.
