About the role:
1. Acquisition of large Commercial Vehicle Fleet Accounts in your region.
2. Delivery of Annual Operating Plan- Numbers / Market Share / Distribution / Portfolio Quality
3. Create strong distribution Network- Tie up with Commercial vehicles channels / NBFCs / Online aggregators
4. Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions.
5. Identify other potential Business opportunities in Commercial Fleet business - Affinity layouts( Petrol pumps/ service stations / Spares parts dealers)
6. Identification and relationship building with large fleet owners for new and repeat sales.
7. Team and Channels Productivity Management
8. Service Platform for customers - resolution to issues related to billing , cash back , wrong billing etc.
9. Leveraging opportunities & Competition Mapping
