JOB PROFILE :

- Preparing operating plans for the units and delivering against targets

- Establishing a strong network of dealers and influencers

- Liaison with distribution and ensuring adequate levels of service

- Planning and directing sales efforts-execute discounts, credit policy, product promotion. Etc.

- Scheme planning and execution

- Demand planning

- Ensuring all statutory compliance for the Unit

- Leading the team in an effective manner. To keep the morale of the team in top gear and see to it that no member of the team is working under tension.

- Ensuring growth for his Unit and organization

Candidate Requirement :

- Industry Building Material : Should have a Strong Maharastra / Gujarat 

- Sales Experience with Team Handling Abilities From : Cement / Paint / Bath-fittings / Wallputty / Plywood / Sanitaryware / Lubricant / Tiles / Construction Chemical / Glass / Doors / Electrical Fittings
