- Responsible for architecting year-on-year sales and marketing strategy for the zone, including sales plans (Area-wise/district-wise/taluka wise), milestones and budgets.
- Lead a team of Area Managers, Territory Manager, and customer success teams and hold the responsibility for achieving the sales targets, collection, and market penetration targets for the assigned zones.
- The Zonal Manager will be also responsible for organizational efficiency to optimize sales and revenue generation thereby maximizing profitability.
- Enhancing relationship Value with existing customers on a regular basis and creating opportunities for further sales to existing customers.
- Define sales target, track performance, and revise strategy to deliver on goals
- Establish and implement processes for the systematic approach for the sales team.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams by providing market feedback, product feedback to continuously improve the solution.
- Create and evaluate promotional plans to drive demand and product awareness
- Devise and communicate different incentive and reward programs from time to time to boost morale and sales
- Represent the Business in external forums and associations, as required in the zones
- Mentor the team to achieve the planned targets and provide support on professional and individual development
