Zonal In-charge :
1. Organize and control area sales staff for the entire West Region and to ensure that they are Trained to meet all sales targets.
2. Monitor the performance of sales staff and to take necessary actions to ensure that sales Targets are met
3. Monitor and control the budget for the area to ensure that all financial targets are met And are in place to comply with company requirements
4. Maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques and technology
5. Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains its Competitive position
6. Should be able to handle receiving, administrating, ordering, and rotation of stock
7. Cultivation of new sales channels as well as management and support of existing channels
8. Will be able to handle P& G Network Expansion
9. Devise sales strategy for short- and long-term objectives
10. Monthly training to be imparted to the entire distributor salesperson.
