LOCATION: Maharashtra zone (Goa/Mumbai) YOUR EMPLOYER: American Multinational Corporation and manufacturer, retailer and marketer of non-alcoholic beverage, concentrates and syrups. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Business partnering to develop and implement business plans linked with HR - Driving engagements for sales force through various programs (incentives, etc.) - Working in continuation for increasing the productivity of the frontend adhering to the set norms. - Working towards strengthening the Talent Pipeline through Recruitment and Induction - Conducting timely assessments for the frontend - Driving the executive trainee program - Managing the Talent from top to bottom - Driving Employee Engagement, Rewards &amp; Recognition - Partnering with other zonal teams and facilitating the routine engagement activities - Leading the capability building for the team to upskill them - Initiating and maintaining healthy employee relations while reviewing and resolving all the employee grievances - Collaborating w/Business and the Sales HR Teams to drive end to end employee life cycle including: on boarding, performance processes and career planning, compensation planning, routine engagement and exit processes.
