Zonal Head - North - Leading Building Material Co.


We per having an urgent opening as ZONAL SALES MANAGER for a reputed company into building materials (primary product PLY and Laminates) their MDF BUSINESS based at GURGAON location.


Base Job Location - GURGAON


The incumbent will be responsible for Heading Sales for North Zone - Delhi, HP, Haryana, Punjab, J&K, MP, Rajasthan, UP & Bihar and all North State heads shall in turn report to this position.


Reported by ASM / ASE across the region - 7 Direct, 50 in total


Business Volume - 250 Crores


Reporting to Business Head


The job description is given below for your reference :


- You Will be Responsible for Top and bottom-line Sales and Business developments, driving for all round growth of the organization. 


- Responsible Network expansion, appointment of new Sales and installation partners, managing existing partners, mentoring activities and ensuring their Sales targets. 


- Implementing strategies aimed at ensuring successful management of operations is also an key aspect of the job role.


As a ZONAL HEAD, You will responsible for Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Product Management and Procurement.


- Have to establish new business approach to the company's business


- Preparing master action plan and identifying critical focus areas for immediate action through monthly progress report.


- Formulate strategy for advertising and preparing budgets for the same.


- Strengthening dealers / retailers network, making close co-ordination with entire project customers and timely submission of Govt. Tenders.


- Planning and monitoring sales and collection in co-ordination with sales team for achieving targets.


- Generating sales by creating base demand among primary and secondary customers.


- Organizing various promotional activities like influencers meet, consumer meet and other brand awareness activities.


- Ensure execution of the prescribed systems and controls for sales and distribution


Remuneration will be best in the industry.
