- Leading, developing and training a team of 7 Indirect Account Managers and 3 support function team in OEM, RTM and Technical.
- Manage and grow through 16 B2B distributors in Western region.
- Support, Review and Manage Multi-year Distributor Business Plans for long term strategic growth of business.
- Plan and execute local marketing programs in the direction of India strategy for growth.
- Generate insights and intelligence on market segments, competition, geographies and OEM and feed to marketing and be part of excellence team for improvement.
- Plan and introduce products and services in India with support from Marketing to fill gaps in product portfolio and increase revenues.
- Be part of channel implementation strategy team in planning for B2B to reach company'sdesired vision.
