Zonal Sales Head - Multi Designer Store (7-15 yrs)
Job Description - This job would entail leading and managing sales operations across Western and Southern India for luxury multi-designer stores. The incumbent would be responsible to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Client Details : Our client is a luxury multi-designer store, housing more than 1000+ brands. They are one of India's leading multi designer retailers and offers an expansive selection of wedding couture, contemporary apparel, festive clothing and designer jewelleries.
The key responsibilities would entail :
- Responsible for driving the topline and profitability of the stores
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase new customers
- Building, coaching and training the team.
The successful candidate must have -
- 7-10 years of managing retail sales operations
- Experience of managing stores with a business volume of 100 crore/yearly
- Experience of managing multiple stores with a team size of minimum 30 people
- An understanding of the Indian Bridal wear/ethnic wear market is a plus.
