Zonal Sales Head - Responsible for B2B sales- Enterprise, Corporate, MSME, sales cutting across all the product, service lines of Rivigo.
This includes all their offerings - Prime, Zoom, Green and VYOM.
- The right candidate should not only be an aggressive goal oriented sales leader but also be an expert in solution selling to clients across Industry sectors - FMCG, to Durables, to Food, Heavy Industry, Manufacturing, Auto etc.
- The Zonal sales Head will have a team of RSMs (Regional sales Mgrs), and EAMs (Enterprise Account Mgrs) reporting into the role to drive industry logistics solutions.
- The Candidate should have deep B2B/Institutional sales experience. The right candidate will have at least 2-4 years of hyper growth in their career of 14-18 years - demonstrating 30-50% YoY growth.
- Candidate should have led large teams, be an inspiring leader and energize the team with thought leadership. Ability to manage a team of hi-achiever sales professionals is a must.
Each Zone will be $100 -200 million revenue in the next 24 months, and some regions likely to go as high as $300+ million revenue.
Locations for the role are: - NCR (Gurgaon), Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata.
Typical profile for this role would be -
- Sales profiles with at least 14-18 + years of experience. Experience of working with great Brands and managed large B2B sales portfolio across geographies and industries.
- People who have grown as Super achievers in their companies
- B2B Sales experience is must
- Managing large size teams, managing key customer relationships Deep relationships are an asset.
- Target industries - Logistics, Telecom, Tech (Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Lenovo etc), others with B2B/ short cycle sales experiences
