ABOUT LMS: The platform provides state of the art SAAS Based LMS Software that helps educational institutes to provide online education programs through electronic media i.e. digital mode through the internet (cloud-based). This helps education, tutorials, training institutes &amp; organization, to conduct online courses, training classes to their students/employees anywhere, any time. Our LMS software provided end to end management of online courses/class/training, attendances, class schedules, digital contents. assignments, exams, evaluations, feedback, etc. In short, its an end to end one stop LMS Solutions. The Management Committee &amp; National Sales Head, delegates responsibility to the Zonal Sales Head, who will be responsible for driving the revenues for Company SAAS LMS Software in their respective zone. - Contribute revenue towards the company's short term objective (revenue of 100 crores over 1 year) and long-term objectives (revenue of 500 crores over 3 years). Individual zone level targets will be set for short term and long term objectives. - Develop &amp; Initiate Business Development process with Education institutes, universities, and corporate clients. - Convert &amp; Manage the sales lead to the customer acquisition cycle and ensuring the conversion of leads to sales to revenue. &amp; sign up with a major educational institution. - Ensuring the Customer delight while implementing the system and during post-implementation - Retaining the customers in our platform enhances revenue generation. Long term customer engagement and relationship is essential for continuous growth. KRA 1 GROWTH FUNNEL - EFFORTS - Develop detailed Strategic Plan and Roadmap - Sales and Marketing Plan for the FY for your zone; aligning with a national plan - Identification and Appointment of Master Business Partner for each state - Identification and Appointment of Business Partner within the zone i.e. at each city based on the set company criteria. - Setting up revenue targets for each business partner and working hand-in-hand with them and ensuring they meet their sales revenue targets. - Build and Develop Networking around the community i.e. Educational Institute teachers, Association of Schools and Principals within the zone, etc. - Identify the influencers in the education domain which will facilitate the forecast achievement - Researching the needs of other strategic tie-ups with platform partners (School ERP System, (structured or unstructured)) or any community partners to make a robust distribution framework around institutions. Enter into those tie-ups and follow. - Return customer feedback to the product development team for product enhancement. KRA 2 EXECUTION OF PROJECTS - EFFORTS - Customer Funnel Achieve educational institute funnel as per the target - Customer Acquisition - Sales and revenue generation through customer acquisition as per the revenue target. - Customer Retention 100% Customer retention through engagement throughout the lifecycle is important to restrict software switch as we operate in SaaS models. - Customer Satisfaction - Ensuring minimum complaint from the customer. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey once in every Quarter &amp; Should get 4.5 Ratings out of 1 to 5 Rating Scale. - Customer Experience - Organize One Customer Townhall once in Quarter in the Zone. Ensuring that the customers/ users give positive feedback on social media.
