Position: Zonal Sales Head (CATTLE FEED DIVISION)
Location: Hyderabad
Industry: Leading Dairy Industry in India. (Cattle Feed Division)
CTC : 35- 40 LAKHS PER YEAR + ALLOWANCE + INCENTIVE.
India's Leading Dairy Industry requires Sales Head to look after its Cattle feed division at Hyderabad . Candidate should be a graduate, with 15-20 years of Sales Experience in Diary Product Sales, and at least 5 years in Cattle feed sales.
Primary Role- Will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales, Specifications & Field Marketing in the assigned Zone to achieve the business objectives. This would include sales process improvement and infrastructure managemen
Candidates from Dairy Product Sales, Cattle Feed, Sales Experience with Team Handling Capability Identifying new market are expected.
Responsibilities
Sales Objectives :
- Drive identified Initiatives in the Zone to achieve the overall sales objectives
- Identify & effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at zonal level in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion & Sales Operation
- Identify the critical/burning issues of the Zone affecting sales & take remedial action/ escalate wherever needed
- Continuously identify gaps in the regular working of BMs, Regional Specs Managers, Marketing Executives & sales support staff and remedy the situation without allowing it to damage the business
- Support the I&I business driven nationally from HO
- Bring focus to the business of new Products (Roff, MEP Solutions, others)
- Making Long term and Short Term Goals for business development of Company
- Coordinating between Company and Field Staff
- Making Business plans and strategies
- Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies
- Reviewing monthly, quarterly and yearly sale of zone.
- Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
- Market review of new products and services
- Regular attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meeting of company
- Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes
- Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors
- Keeping balance between corporate life and field life
