Job Description:

Role: Relationship - Anchor Management

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and acquire target potential corporate clients in mid-market / large corporate space, understand their supply chain operations, and propose suitable SCF solutions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers) at client companies.

Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of various SCF products like purchase discounting, Sales Invoice discounting, and supply chain financing platforms, C/C, OD.

Credit Analysis: Assess the creditworthiness of the clients.

Deal Structuring: Design and structure customized SCF solutions based on client requirements and risk appetite.

Documentation and Onboarding: Ensure timely and accurate documentation and onboarding of clients and suppliers onto the SCF platform.

Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of the SCF portfolio, manage risks, and ensure timely repayments.

Customer Service: Resolve client queries and issues promptly and efficiently.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the SCF market.

- Strong understanding of supply chain finance concepts and products

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis

- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite

- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred
