Zonal/Regional Credit Manager - Affordable Home Loan (8-15 yrs)
- Proficiency in providing critical inputs for formulation of credit and risk strategies.
- Adept in managing & leading teams for running successful Credit process operations & experience of developing procedures, service standards for business excellence.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in training & development, relationship management and planning.
- Work in Advance suite system according to Affordable Home Loan profile cases.
- Credit Appraisal Underwriting of AHL files as analyzing applicant's financial status and credit evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
- Meeting with applicants (PD) to obtain information for loan applications and analyzing the financial situation of the client through business place visits.
- Handling the complete Credit & Backend process at Zonal level and train the resources regarding Credit, Operations and Sales documentation part.
