Job Title / Designation: Zonal Operations Manager - USD 500 mn MNC The Organization (About the Client): - Our Client is a Europe based Indian MNC, global leader in Commodities / Trading with a Turnover of over USD 500 mn Plus. - Expanding rapidly and aggressively in India to address the growing focus on Environment / Pollution Control / Commodities. - The Group's currently Turnover of USD 500 mn plus targeting to reach USD 1 bn by 2021. The Assignment(The Role / Job Description): a) Ensuring procurement of desired quantity of baled material from the vendors as per agreement with them. b) Training to the vendors for producing quality material. c) Ensuring Compliance of EPR / Traceability norms at vendors- location. d) Control Supply Chain of baled material as per plan from sales department. e) Selection and verification of vendors according to the given criteria. f) Submission of quarterly plan &amp; reporting of requisition of machines &amp; production. g) Commissioning, Installation and Maintenance of baling machines &amp; recycling machines in the specified zone in India as per planned volume. The Person (Candidate Details): A) Experience :&nbsp; i) Around 30 to 40 yrs ii) Any Graduate/PG iii) Should have Experience in Plastics industry with exposure to Recycling B) Competencies i) Can Take Ownership ii) Strong Communications and People Skills. iii) Ability to work / thrive in an unstructured, dynamic, high growth environment. Work Experience: 8 to 12 yrs
