Our client has seen a lot of recognition in the Indian political consulting scenario, and are working with a major national political party. They are known for their use of latest technology and data analytic to create large scale political strategies and long term plans to implement them. They are currently looking at hiring an AD Operations, to take care of their zonal strategy and implementation operations, based out of their office in New Delhi.

Job Description

Reporting into a Director, key responsibilities include:

- Leading Research and Communications teams, to ensure proper implementation of strategies

- Create project plans, time-lines, and requisite milestones to ensure timely implementation of strategies

- Conduct several initiatives to engage with the client party's volunteers and utilise them in execution of the strategy

- Managing Media relations with govt., state and local media agencies

- Travelling to Tier 2-Tier 3 settlements to connect with the locals to ensure effective implementations of multi-strategies

The Successful Applicant

You will have:

- Undergraduate/Graduate degree from a premier education institute

- Prior experience in On ground Operations for start-ups/small-to-mid size companies

- Having your own start-up in the past will be a major value add

- FMCG On Ground Sales experience is also acceptable

- Excellent Communication Skills to connect with people from politicians to volunteers to local public
