- Lead the entire ground Ops force and city Ops teams to meet or exceed Ops Matric targets for the company
- Establish a daily, weekly and monthly review rhythm with regional teams to drive discipline and number delivery
- Scale new and existing channels quickly and efficiently by hiring and training correctly
- Implement short and long-term sales strategies on field
- Establish a seamless information flow and feedback loop between Central and Regional teams
- Has managed large field teams and has been directly involved in business Operation execution
