Zonal Marketing Manager - Life Insurance (8-12 yrs)
Our Client is a well established Life Insurance Company. Established in 2011, the company is part of India's leading diversified financial services organization.
The role would be directly responsible for providing marketing support & sales enabler tools to a specific Channel and Zone and impact the business results
Key Responsibilities :
- To support Business in zonal marketing initiatives & brand building
- To develop segmented marketing solutions BTL for recruitment & sales lead generation initiatives
- To manage marketing communication as per the channel SPOC
- To manage overall marketing support - collaterals, tools
- To leverage regional & Zonal opportunities by working closely with regional & zonal heads.
- To visit branches/partner office to provide marketing inputs & gain insights on business.
- To keep track of business and competition movement.
Key Performance Indicators :
- Zone /Channel APE & Recruitment Target Achievement - 100%
- Min 2 BTL Activity per Month for Lead Generation- Support
- Zero Variance on Planned Marketing Activity Budget v/s Actuals
- 100% Compliance adherence for laid Processes for Marketing function
Job Requirements Qualifications: Graduate/ MBA Preferred
Base Skills: Understanding of Insurance, insurance products, processes & systems

Legal/ L&D/Finance/ Products: Regular collaboration with Legal & Compliance / Finance / Training and Development /Actuary & Products & other functions like Brand Team for execution of marketing initiatives
Responsible for Collaboration with sales and Channel Heads for understanding of requirements and support
External:
Industry: Regular interaction with Industry people to identify the competition marketing initiative for bench marking
