Zonal Marketing Manager (Mumbai candidates only)

We have an urgent opening with a leading organization for the position of Zonal Marketing Manager West.

Conceptualizing the marketing strategy for the Zone :

- Assists Acquisition Head with inputs for conceptualizing and creating the marketing strategy and successful implementation of the same to service both near term and the long term business needs of the organization.

Monitoring & review of Marketing strategy conceptualized :

- The monitoring is done in terms of quantitative and qualitative parameters such as total numbers of leads, unit sales as per target set, budget metrics that include Cost per lead, cost per sale, qualified appointments set up, contribution by channels that would include the direct sales teams, venue and sales associates and referral programmes and strict adherence to monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.

Resource Allocation :

- Resource allocation involves identifying the needs for resources, planning for resources, arranging for resources (in collaboration with Finance, Systems, HR and other functions) and ensuring deployment as per departmental priorities.

Performance Management and Team Mentoring :

- The jobholder has a responsibility towards ensuring that the team members of the department develop in terms of their personal growth and career aspirations
