We have a very urgent position in one of the best and established retail luggage & travel accessories brand :-

POSITION : Zonal Manager - East

REPORTEEs : 6 Branch managers ( KOLKATA, PATNA, RAIPUR, CUTTACK, GUWAHATI, RANCHI )

REPORTING : Sr. VP

LOCATION : Kolkata

CTC : Negotiable; depending upon current CTC, experience, business volume, interview status etc.

Job Specification :

- Responsible for Sales of clients Range of Luggage Products in East India along with a team of 6 Branch Managers

- Overall responsible for all sale & commercial activities in East India including brand promotion, budgeting annual sales, top line and market share accountability, promotional budget, inventory and credit control of the branches

- Making fact-based decisions regarding marketing strategy & budgets to develop the product as a brand while designing effective and cost-efficient implementation programs based on Customer Analysis, Competitive Analysis, and Industry Analysis.

- Assume the responsibility of evaluating monthly sales, fixing pre-defined sales targets for the sales team and corresponding revenue collection projection.

- Looking after the sales and marketing operations & contributing in enhancing sales growth for achieving business goals.

- Conduct market analysis to get a fair idea of the latest market trends to achieve market share metrics by providing appropriate product mix & pricing strategies

- Formulating & defining cost effective strategies for effective channel scattering thereby spreading a wide distribution network & increasing market share & achieving pre-set sales targets.

- Conducting demand forecasting & managing inventory, ensuring optimum inventory levels with channel partners to ensure timely deliveries to the customers

- Guiding & motivating the team for achieving sales targets. Monitoring individual & Team performance and ensuring high level of knowledge and compliance across the team through constant grooming, training & inspection.

REQUIREMENTS :

- INDUSTRY : Lifestyle products / segment [ ANY ] ; Consumer durable ; Batteries, PAINTS, TYRES, Lubricants, Plywood, Furniture, Glass, Kitchen Hardware, Sanitaryware ; Any equivalent industry .

- EXTENSIVE TRAVELLING ACROSS ZONE.

- MBA PREFERRED, NOT MANDATORY.
