Zonal Manager - Sales - Healthcare - West Region (8-20 yrs)
Reporting to: BU Head/NSM
Job Description:
- Driving sales initiatives & achieving the desired targets with the overall responsibility of return on investment.
- Exploring sales avenues to build consumer preference and drive volumes, thereby achieving increased sales growth across Zone.
- Devising & driving tactical objectives to improve the profitability & reach sustainability for channel members.
- Strategizing various expansion plans to effectively cover targeted cities, ensuring profitability to fund that expansion.
- Analyse and evaluate various tests & packages & drive the most profitable in the specific region.
- Recruit, Monitor, and Train personnel as well as managers and ensure optimum performance to deliver quality services in the market.
Candidate Profile:
- Seasoned sales professional with over 12-13 years (of which 2-3 years as ZSM) of experience in the diagnostics Industry.
- Experience with Oncology/Genomics is a must.
