Zonal Sales Manager
MBA - 2011/ 2012/ 2013 batch with good experience at the zonal or regional level.
- Team Handling experience is a must.
- Candidates with good experience in FMCG companies in GT.
- Contribute to the creation of sales targets for the region. Ensure delivery of sales target by self & team. Drive Volume growth.
- Responsible for all top line & Bottom-line growth/profitability of the business
- Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical top line and bottom line targets to optimize revenue from primary & secondary markets.
- Planning and Achieving Sales Target. Strategizing term business directions to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement country strategies based on proper assessment and analysis of target market in line with overall strategic objectives.
- Mainly responsible of having strong network of client contact and have the ability to leverage off an established portfolio and promote business growth & development.
- Primary & secondary Volume. Accountable in driving category and channel objective on ground
- Identify prospective distributors, generate business from existing & hereby achieve sales target
- Drive the entire process of distributor selection based on sales strategy. Distributors profitability & ROI
- Create a growth path for this team within the organization & keep them motivated
- Monitor performance of team members & guide them to improve their deliveries
- Team attrition is high, the person needs to be a peoples man. And he should have ability to handle large teams.
