Zonal Manager
- To look after Sales of the company in the states of Punjab, Haryana ,Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh & J&K in line with the targets of the company
- To establish & expand Distributors & Dealers network in the states mentioned above
- To ensure placement of the company products at the A B class outlets
- To motivate Dealers to aggressively sell company's products
- To decide upon & implement BTL activities to promote sales and meet competitive requirements of the market
- To augment Sales Team in the western region to achieve targeted Sale
- To work with NSM to plan sale targets, decide on the team structure, market interventions and implement the same
- To propose Annual Sales Plan for the region ,discuss it with NSM and arrive at the agreed sale plan
- To work out the Expense Budget for the region and discuss the same with NSM
- To achieve the target of profits for the region
- Must have worked with FMCG, experience with Food companies will be preferable
- Must have formal education qualification in the area of Sales & Marketing
