About the role :
We are looking for a Core team member with Entrepreneurial mindset ready to get his hands dirty and revolutionise the old way of doing business in India. A person with enough hustle to go through the adventurous journey of a startup. A person who is enthralled with the idea of building new business lines from the beginning and pushing it towards the users. Someone who has a first principle approach towards any problem and is ready to make teams and businesses
- Lead and manage PAN-India sales projects and a team of motivated account managers
- Design, develop and execute solutions to solve critical business problems
- Set KRA's for the team and ensure their fulfilment on a regular basis
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
- Assume responsibility of budget development and generating sales and revenue.
- Get hands-on with the sales process from time-to-time to develop a deeper understanding
- Lead a team of sales executives and sales managers to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Make sure that all the projects and campaigns are executed at the highest quality and the product is delivered as per the brand standards
- An Engineer/MBA or a failed entrepreneur
- Someone who loves problem-solving and doesn't settle for any solution, but strives to find a better one
- Someone who appreciates the bigger picture and gives attention to details
- Someone who has led a team before
