Urgently looking for Zonal Manager Premier Distribution for a large Life Insurance Company based in Delhi.

Job Role

Specific Responsibilities

- Responsible to spearhead different strategic Initiatives within Premier Distribution to drive Productivity growth and revenue of the Zone.

- Identifying reliable channel partners for deeper market penetration & Higher business volume growth

- Managing the Zonal PD Channel by creating a low cost/ high productivity distribution.

- Responsible for Costing & Budgeting of the zone, Manpower selection and effective training strategies.

- Leading & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales, operations, meeting of individual and group targets.

- Ensuring correct workforce recruitment in the zone, guiding, training & motivating team members and offering them the best career progression to control attrition.

- Work in close coordination with team members to synergies and execute the core strategy of performance enhancement through sharp focus on deliverables.

- Empowering managers by continuous coaching methodology to create culture of execution pivotal in developing long term production capability by improving & implementing Business Management Processes, Training Capability and Business Intelligence.

- Maintaining high business quality - Renewal collection and 13th month persistency

- Generation of MDRT/COT/TOT equivalent

- Improve the employee-satisfaction index in order to enhance employee-retention in the zone

- Managing industry level view to understand initiatives / models launched by competition from time to time.
