Job Profile:
- Talent Acquisition - Managing recruitment & selection activities with an aim to minimize total time of positions remaining unmanned and to maintain a talent pool for key positions. Will be managing the work-force planning, Cost Rationalization, Campus Recruitment for the Mumbai Region.
- Talent Engagement - Engaging the workforce by facilitating defined senior's feedback sessions, open forums, voice of employees and upward feedback initiatives for employees
- Talent Development - Participating in employee career development planning - managing career progressions, job enhancements & rotations
- Facilitating implementation of key HR initiatives, analyzing data, generating reports & dashboards
Experience: 3-8yrs Preferably from Premier Institute
Education: MBA/PG Diploma- HR (Full Time)
