Job Description:

Zonal Manager - Financial Advisory is responsible for the overall management of FA Vertical activities for the respective zone.

Requires Professional from retail lending, MSME, micro SME, SME, SMB sales, business banking, emerging enterprise, microfinance background

Reports functionally to the Head - Financial Advisory vertical.

Responsibilities includes:

- Leading the team of advisors in ensuring that overall business priorities are met

- Achieve high levels of client satisfaction, per the customer service standards for FA

- Coach and mentor the team of advisors

- Proactively monitor the business trends to gauge the staffing requirement and ensure timely recruitment

- Collaborate with business teams to ensure seamless delivery

- Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact assessment of the program

- Support the knowledge team in developing financial & business advisory content and recommend system improvements

- Develop productivity bench marks for the team. Monitor and evaluate outputs periodically

- Ensure that any gaps identified are addressed with a sense of urgency
