We are looking for a Zonal Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Member should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Member should have hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization, this includes on page SEO, technical SEO, creative off page strategies and Google Analytics.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Proactively identify new areas of opportunity based on organic search traffic and trends

- Staying up-to-date on current industry trends and algorithm updates

- Consulting Head Sales & Marketing on all aspects of SEO, including :
 
a. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

b. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

c. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

d. Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. .

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.

- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns.

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

QUALIFICATION :

- An MBA (preferable from a premier institute) with 4-8 years of experience in the FMCG/FMCD/Beverage or Telecom Industry.
