Job Title / Designation: Zonal Manager - Client Servicing
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Senior Vice President - Client Servicing
Job Summary:
This is a P&L position that involves servicing of existing customers by offering them a world-class service experience. The focus is on up-selling premium packages, client retention, ensuring customer delight through a need sensitive client servicing team and executing various marketing initiatives.
Goals:
1. Grow the business in terms of top line & bottom-line for the Zone
2. Develop & execute annual operating plan - revenue & cost planning and forecasting
3. Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing paid members
4. Ensure timely delivery of services to clients
5. Analyze customer feedback, draw business intelligence, review benefits of core services being offered and ensure high client satisfaction level
6. Setup a system that delivers high customer retention
7. Recruit, train & develop a client servicing team which is need sensitive, has a consultative selling approach & is proactive at offering highest level of customer delight
Skill Sets:

3. IT savvy & process orientation
Experience:
- Experience of Sales / Servicing / Retention preferably in BFSI / Telecom / Ecommerce / Service industry
- Minimum experience of 5+ years in managing a large team size of 100+ people
Qualifications: MBA or equivalent
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment and sense of job ownership
- Have strong team building & multi-location team management ability, leadership ability and persuasive communication skills to inspire the team
- Able to build credible relationships with influencing ability
- Must have team handling experience of more than 5 years
