Zonal Key Account Manager

Job Purpose- Plan, control and manage escalations, business development and partner management for the respective region. Drive business goals and metrices such as persistency, policy issuance, Innovate, improve, and align across products, processes, and digital to drive business growth.

Key Challenges :

- Constant alignment with respective stakeholders/departments within ABSLI.

- Manage constant comparison with other insurers in terms of product, process, manpower

- Maintain the balance between ABSLI process requirement and expectations of the Channel partners.

- Ensuring strong relationship management with the Bank to abstain potential tie up with Competition. This is extremely critical considering the open banca atmosphere.

- Execute Account strategy for the relationship

- Account ring fencing

- Engage vertical and horizontally including the senior management and sales team of the Partners to drive ABSLI business objectives in respective Regions

- Continuously engage with Bank stakeholders to influence them on ABSLI proposition, to explore alternatives to achieve business growth

- Generate ideas and alternatives with respect to processes, technology, products and new lines of categories to achieve set business objectives with the partner.

- Gather and analyze inputs from data analytics, competition benchmarking, market intelligence, new products in the market, etc. to apply learnings for partner business

- Enhance effectiveness of partner sales team through specialized training, product inputs, training of sales team, etc. to achieve sales growth; Engage and motivate the partners' sales team

- Driving business through key sales & marketing projects & drivers- both Internal & External

- Engage with partners to achieve exclusivity, continuously explore ways to give better value and profitability
