Zonal Human Resource Professional - Bank (8-15 yrs)
- As a Zonal HR person will be responsible for the HR Functional of the 90 branches, managing the complete life cycle of 1600+ employees.
- Partnering with Business to understand manpower requirements and facilitates the same through various channels.
- SPOC for all employees/ ex employees issues, clarification, concerns and grievances.
- Responsible for sourcing right fit for open positions. Mentoring and guiding the regional team for recruitment assistance.
- Supported the Core team on integration for M&A activities for people and people issues
- Career coach for business leaders and advocate and consultant for people and performance related issues.
- Ensure all organisation initiatives and processes are implemented seamlessly in all locations.
- Responsible for driving the Performance Management.
- Responsible for driving key retention initiative for effective Talent Retention.
