Talent Acquisition:
- Manage Talent Acquisition processes to ensure service delivery
- Strategize acquisition initiatives, pipeline management, development of sourcing channels
- Steer Targets within Talent Acquisition to provide timely and best in class results to the organization
Talent Management:
- Manage the Talent Management team to ensure service delivery
- Develop and implement clear, innovative, state-of-the art talent management principles, tools and processes that will drive performance management, succession planning, career development and diversity and inclusion within the workforce
- Partner with Senior Leaders in strategizing and driving talent management principles and processes
- Implement and ensure talent principles and processes are in line with Global guidelines where applicable
Strategy, Planning & Steering:
- Supplement execution of Human Resources Strategic Planning and Analytics Instruments
Rewards:
- Analyze and identify compensation and benefits trends, shortfalls and opportunities
- Develop and Provide creative and innovative rewards solutions
- Implement and ensure rewards principles and processes are in line with Global guidelines
- Leverage global reward programs to create programs and learning experiences most relevant to the local business needs
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations:
- Gamut of Compensation
- Payroll management
- Benefit administration
- Overseeing compliances.
Leadership:
- Provide inspirational leadership to coach, develop and mentor team of HR professionals
- Provide specific coaching to improve the HR service, support and skill level of each member of the team.
- Ensure development needs of direct reports are addressed through formal and informal training opportunities, projects and targets.
- Demonstrate depth of knowledge in functional HR areas and apply that knowledge to influence others towards successful solutions
Academic /Professional Qualifications :
- Preferred MBA/ Master or Post Graduate Degree in Leadership Development, HR Management from a renowned Institute.
- Relevant years of experience in HR Generalist with 6 to 10 years experience preferably from a Manufacturing / Process Industry
- Demonstrated expertise & proven success in HR service delivery
- Exposure to working in a matrix organization is desirable.
