POSITION - Zonal HR - West
CTC : 10lac - 12lac pa ; based on current CTC, experience, education & interview status.
REPORTS TO: National Head
LOCATION:- MUMBAI
General Accountability To strategize, plan, direct and manage the operations of human resources function for the Zone
Nature & Scope of position Manpower Planning and Recruitment :
Responsible for developing a cost-effective manpower planning chart ensuring optimization of resources for all functions.
To conceptualize, create and ensure implementation of recruitment strategy, to launch new initiatives to help in easy and cost-effective sourcing; to analyze competitors & their activities.
Employee Retention and Attrition Management :
- To implement retention strategies, ensure attrition for top talent is at the minimum.
- To guide and manage the overall attrition and ensure strategies for retention are implemented in all functions and locations.
- To develop best practices approach for minimizing employee turnover at all locations.
Change Management :
- To direct and ensure timely and correct implementation of new policies and procedures which are in line with the business goals
- Develop open and transparent communication channels in the organization and ensure translation of policies and procedures to the last level
HC Operation and MIS :
- To develop an effective MIS system and track documentation process in order to have a seamless process during the entire life cycle of an employee.
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries and complaints.
PMS & C&B :
- To ensure the salary increase given to an employee is in line with management requirement, with a minimum exception. Also, ensure completion of target setting, roll out and review happens for all employees in the zone.
- Constantly evaluate the effectiveness of overall compensation as also various incentive, R&R, and retention plans and modify wherever necessary
- Dimensions Hirings, Employee Engagement, HR Processes in the zone, Employee Grievance and Query handling.
- Specific Accountability Accountable for all HR initiatives, processes in the zone. Managing complete employee life cycle.
