As Zonal HRBP for the Tamil Nadu region your roles and responsibilities will be as follows : - The appointee will work closely with the business teams and COEs to provide the core HR services to the zone, e.g. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development. - Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate - To creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives - Lead the implementation &amp; change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system - Work closely with COEs to design and execute talent management initiatives and performance linked incentives / sales incentives for your zone - Candidate must have 8-15 years experience and should have experience in a sales HRBP role and come from a Manufacturing background.&nbsp; - You should have the experience of managing people and must be fluent in the local language Tamil. (This is a must have for the role )
