Zonal HR Business Partner - Financial Services (8-11 yrs)
Our client is one of the largest financial services groups in Asia.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner with leaders on developing short and long term people strategies and annual goal setting process to ensure alignment to business group's strategic priorities.
2. Provide strategic HR solutions that are aligned to the business plan.
3. Responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders at the assigned zones and corporate office to execute the HR programs.
4. Responsible for manpower planning for the zone/regions and hiring to ensure business continuity.
5. Play an advisory role to the business stakeholders by sharing emerging trends and best practices within the business group and in the external environment to ensure alignment of business objectives to the people strategy.
6. Manage and execute end to end HR activities efficiently.
Preferred Candidate:
1. Must have relevant HR business partner experience.
2. Experience in setting up or refining the current HR processes.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to work independently.
