Zonal HR Business Partner - BFSI - South (5-15 yrs)
- Drive employee engagement initiatives for improving employee connect, engagement and communication.
- Devise and implement initiatives for employee retention with special focus on critical resources and HI performers.

- Preparing Weekly / Monthly Dashboards for Business and Delivery Managers.
- Managing Rewards and recognition for the vertical.
- Competencies Identification: Working with the L&D and OD team to finalize behavioral competencies and assessment that are required for specific roles.
- L&D Planning: Identifying training needs assessment, preparation of training calendar and its implementation on timely basis.
