Job Responsibilities:

- Should be onboarding corporates and managing relationships with business prospects and opportunities in the market

- Should be able to understand customer finance requirements & accordingly advise & provide customized solutions

- Should be maintaining relationships & increase the share of business with high-value customers

- Ensuring lead generation from corporate, distribution of leads across Supply Chain Finance sales team members, conversion, monitoring, and resolving field-level issues with corporate support

- Should be able to identify sectors for different kinds of Supply Chain products that are scalable and make an inroad into the same

- Establishing relationships with local anchor representatives to mobilize more leads locally and also to take support for onboarding

- Preparing corporate program notes and executing other documents for sanctioning and onboarding

- Ability to manage Alliances and maintain relationships with empaneled Anchors

Identify Anchors with business potential and initiate empanelment in coordination with Anchor/ Product team

- Proactively handle any escalation, queries, and complaints from Anchors

- Should liaise with product/ central team for offering customized solutions to corporates & liaise with Wholesale Banking/ Key Relationships/ Retail Banking/ Transaction Banking team members for Supply Chain Finance introduction

- Should have close liaison with other divisions, mainly Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, and other back-end support teams, to enable day-to-day operations

- Monitoring and ensuring the portfolio quality regularly

- To identify any negative market/ customer development and suggest risk mitigations and action - steps to safeguard the company's interests

- Ensure all compliances are maintained and ensure adequate action to solve delinquent customers

Job Requirements:

- Education: MBA Finance / CA

- Possess 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in B2B, supply chain finance lending across sectors, i.e., - structured finance products, mid-market corporate lending, preferably with an NBFC

- Should be assertive and able to structure and discuss the deal contours with stakeholders

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Well averse to economic & sectoral drivers

- Should be ambitious and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
