Zonal Head - Supply Chain Finance

Role: Zonal Head - North - Delhi / West - Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

Zonal Head: To ensure sustainable growth and portfolio quality for the Supply Chain Finance in the assigned zone

a. New Business Development & Customer Relationship Management

i. To identify & develop relationship with business prospects and opportunities in the market.

ii. Understand customer finance requirements & accordingly advice & provide customized solutions

iii. Maintain relationship & increase share of business with high value customers

iv. To achieve & maintain customer retention as per desired levels

v. To handle all escalated customer query and complaints

vi. Achieve the desired profitability for the zone.

b. Anchor Development and Management

i. Manage Alliances and maintain relationship with empanelled Anchors across categories

ii. Generate new business opportunities and increase share of business with the empanelled Anchors

iii. Identify Anchors with business potential and initiate empanelment in coordination with Anchor/ Product team

iv. Proactively handle any escalation, queries, and complaints from Anchors

v. Study competitors and provide inputs for product benchmarking to Anchor/ Product team.

c. Operations & Monitoring

i. To have close liaison with other divisions, mainly Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, and other back-end support teams to enable day-to-day operations of the field team for smooth customer service delivery.

ii. Monitoring and ensuring the portfolio quality on regular basis through timely payment collections and follow up reports from the team.

iii. To identify any negative market/ customer development and suggest risk mitigations and action steps to safeguard company's interests.

iv. Ensure all compliances are maintained

v. Ensure adequate action to solve delinquent customers such as legal support, Market Information, Anchor information etc
